Terms of Use
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Lu Li ("we", "us", "the Developer"), governing your use of the Air Printer Pro mobile application and any updates, features or content we make available through it (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App and delete it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App, and old enough in your country to enter into a subscription. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. What the App does — and what it does not
The App helps you print from your iPhone. It finds printers on your Wi-Fi network and prints photos, documents, web pages, text, scans, ID card copies, templates and photo collages through AirPrint. It also scans and cleans up documents, and keeps a library of documents on your device.
Important limitations you acknowledge:

4. Apple App Store additional terms
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. The following applies because you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:
- Scope of licence. The licence granted in §5 is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and support. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.
- Warranty. The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Product claims. The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property claims. In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) is incorporated by reference to the extent it applies and does not conflict with these Terms.
5. Licence and restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. You may print the App's templates for your personal, household, classroom or internal business use.
You may not:
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except as permitted by mandatory law;
- rent, sublicense, distribute or resell the App, or sell or redistribute its templates or collage layouts as products of your own;
- circumvent the paywall, free tries, entitlement checks or any technical protection;
- use the App to copy or print identity documents, money, tickets or other documents in violation of law, or to forge or falsify any document;
- use the App to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights, including when printing web pages or documents created by others;
- use the App in a way that violates applicable law or Apple's terms.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You keep all rights to your photos, documents and other content. You grant us only the limited, on-device licence needed to run the features you use. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive your content. You are responsible for having the right to scan, copy and print the content you use, for the networks and printers you send it to, and for keeping backups of important documents.
7. Subscriptions, free trials and purchases
The App offers optional Pro access as weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The available plans, prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase, using the localized price provided by the App Store.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered and you are eligible (Apple decides eligibility), it converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for Pro access for as long as we offer the App; it is not a subscription.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
- Restore. Restore purchases from Settings → Restore Purchases or from the purchase screen.
- Price changes. We may change prices. Apple will notify you of a subscription price increase and, where required, ask for your consent.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, design, templates, collage layouts, text and graphics, is owned by the Developer and protected by law. "Air Printer Pro" and its icon are used by us as trademarks. Apple, iPhone, App Store and AirPrint are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. The App includes open-source components (including RevenueCat's SDK) under their own licences.
9. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without compensation. Please do not send confidential information or documents with sensitive content.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the App will work with any particular printer, network or file, or that printed output will match the on-screen preview. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, documents, paper, ink, profits or business opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App or Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 10. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Developer against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or content you copy or print in violation of third-party rights or law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. §§4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16 survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Updated Terms will show a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be announced in the App before they take effect. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence or of your right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Please contact support@gougou.me first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. These Terms are provided in English and Chinese; if they conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
