1. 接受本协议

本用户协议（下称「本协议」）是你与 Lu Li（下称「我们」或「开发者」）之间就使用 DocsKit 移动应用及其更新、功能与内容（下称「本 App」）达成的法律协议。

下载、安装或使用本 App，即表示你同意本协议及我们的隐私政策。若不同意，请勿使用并删除本 App。

2. 使用资格

你须年满 13 周岁（EEA / 英国为 16 周岁），并在所在国家达到可同意隐私政策所述处理、可订立订阅合同的年龄。未成年人须在父母或监护人参与下使用本 App。

3. 本 App 能做什么、不能做什么

DocsKit 帮助你在 iPhone 本机处理 PDF 文档：

用相机扫描纸质文件，或导入 PDF 与图片；
阅读、搜索、收藏文档，管理页面（重排、旋转、增删页）；
合并、拆分 PDF，把图片转成 PDF；
为 PDF 加密码或解除密码，用面容 ID / 触控 ID 锁定本 App；
Pro 用户可使用文字识别（OCR）与可搜索 PDF，以及加文字、高亮、手绘和手写签名。

你需要了解的重要限制：

事项	说明
文字识别可能出错	OCR 结果是自动识别的，可能遗漏或识别错误，重要内容请对照原件核对。
扫描效果取决于拍摄条件	边缘检测与画质受光线、纸张和设备影响，保存前请检查扫描结果。
PDF 密码无法找回	本 App 不保存你设置的 PDF 密码。忘记密码后，我们无法帮你打开该文件。
本 App 不是备份或云存储服务	文档只保存在你的设备上。删除本 App 会删除其中的文档；请通过设备备份或「分享」自行保留重要文档的副本。
「彻底删除」不可撤销	删除的文档先进入回收站；从回收站彻底删除或清空回收站后，文档无法恢复。
手写签名不是数字证书签名	签名功能只是把你手写的签名图像放到页面上，不是基于证书的电子签名，我们不保证任何签署文件的法律效力或被对方接受。
编辑会修改文件	页面管理、批注、合并、加密码等操作会改写或生成 PDF 文件。批注在其他阅读器中的显示效果可能略有差异。
免费次数是限制，不是商品	免费每日次数是技术性的公平使用限制，无现金价值、不可转让，且可能调整。

4. Apple App Store 附加条款

本协议仅在你与开发者之间成立，与 Apple 无关。Apple 不对本 App 及其内容负责。由于你从 Apple App Store 获取本 App，以下条款适用：

许可范围。 第 5 条授予的许可仅限于：在符合 Apple 媒体服务条款「使用规则」的前提下，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上使用本 App 的不可转让许可。
维护与支持。 本 App 的任何维护与支持服务均由开发者（而非 Apple）独自负责。Apple 无义务提供任何维护或支持。
保修。 在未被有效排除的范围内，开发者独自对本 App 的任何明示或默示产品保修负责。若本 App 不符合任何适用保修，你可通知 Apple，Apple 将退还本 App 的购买价款（如有）。在法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 不承担其他保修义务。
产品责任主张。 与本 App 或你对它的占有和/或使用相关的任何主张（包括产品责任、未符合法律或监管要求、消费者保护、隐私或类似法律项下的主张），均由开发者（而非 Apple）负责处理。
知识产权主张。 若第三方主张本 App 或你对它的占有与使用侵犯其知识产权，由开发者（而非 Apple）独自负责调查、抗辩、和解与了结。
法律合规。 你声明并保证：你不在受美国政府禁运或被美国政府指定为「支持恐怖主义」的国家，也不在任何美国政府的禁止或受限方名单上。
第三方受益人。 Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人；你接受本协议后，Apple 有权（并视为已接受该权利）向你执行本协议。
出口管制。 你须遵守适用的出口管制与制裁法律，不得在被禁止的司法管辖区或用于被禁止的用途使用本 App。
美国政府最终用户。 本 App 属于 48 C.F.R. §2.101 定义的「商业项目」，由「商业计算机软件」与「商业计算机软件文档」组成，仅作为商业项目授予美国政府最终用户使用，权利与其他最终用户相同。

Apple 的标准《许可应用最终用户许可协议》（apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula）在适用且与本协议不冲突的范围内，通过引用纳入本协议。

5. 许可与限制

在遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、有限、非排他、不可转让、可撤销的许可，供你在拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本 App。

你不得：

复制、修改、翻译、反向工程、反编译或反汇编本 App（强制性法律允许的除外）；
出租、出借、再许可、分发或转售本 App；
移除或更改权利声明；
绕过免费次数、付费墙、权益校验或任何技术保护措施；
利用本 App 伪造、篡改文件或签名，或在未经授权的情况下代他人签署文件；
利用本 App 侵犯他人的著作权、隐私或其他权利；
以违反适用法律或 Apple 条款的方式使用本 App。

若你严重违反本协议，我们可中止或终止你的使用权限。

6. 你的内容与责任

你的文档及其他内容的所有权归你。你仅授予我们为运行你所使用功能所必需的本机有限许可（例如读取你导入的文件、生成 PDF、写入批注、识别文字）。由于处理在本机进行，我们不会收到你的内容。

你需自行负责：

你有权扫描、复制、编辑和分享你处理的文档，包括取得所需的授权或同意；
你签署或编辑的文件内容，以及你是否有权签署；
在依赖识别结果或分享文件前核对内容；
对重要文档自行保留独立备份，并妥善保管 PDF 密码；
你选择通过「分享」发送文件的对象与渠道。

7. 订阅、免费试用与购买

本 App 提供可选的自动续期订阅与一次性购买（「Pro」）。 可用方案、价格、计费周期及免费试用优惠，均会在你确认购买前在 App 内展示，价格由 App Store 按你所在地区提供。

付款。 确认购买时，款项将计入你的 Apple ID 账户。
自动续期。 除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续期；Apple 会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按续期价格扣费。
免费试用。 若提供免费试用且你符合资格（资格由 Apple 而非我们判定），除非你在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消，试用将转为付费订阅。购买订阅时，免费试用未使用部分将作废。
管理与取消。 你可在 Apple ID 账户设置（设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅）中管理或取消订阅。删除本 App 不会取消订阅。
终身购买。 「终身」是与你的 Apple ID 绑定的一次性非消耗型购买，不是订阅、不会续期，但仍受本协议约束，并取决于本 App 是否继续在 App Store 提供。
价格调整。 我们可能调整订阅价格。Apple 会就涨价通知你，并在需要时在生效前征得你的同意。
退款。 购买由 Apple 处理，退款请求请提交至 reportaproblem.apple.com。我们无法自行发放 App Store 退款，但会在 Apple 要求时配合。
恢复购买。 你可在「设置 → 恢复购买」中恢复。
税费。 价格是否含税由你所在地区的 App Store 决定。
无现金价值。 订阅与免费次数均无现金价值，不可兑换、转让或折现。

若你不同意价格调整，请在生效前取消。

8. 免费次数与公平使用

本 App 提供免费每日次数：合并、拆分、图片转 PDF 三项目前合计每个自然日 3 次，于当地零点重置。剩余次数会在 App 内显示。我们可能为防滥用或反映功能变化，在 App 更新中调整该次数。

该次数是技术限制，不是你购买的权益，会自动重置。若我们发现自动化、脚本化或滥用行为，或试图绕过限制的行为，可限制或中止使用。

9. 知识产权

本 App 的软件、设计、文字、图形与商标归开发者或其许可方所有，受著作权及其他法律保护。除第 5 条的有限许可外，本协议不授予你任何权利。

「DocsKit」及 DocsKit 标识是我们使用的商标。Apple、iPhone、App Store、iCloud、面容 ID 与触控 ID 是 Apple Inc. 的商标。PDF 是 Adobe 的商标。其他名称可能是其各自所有者的商标。

本 App 包含按其自身许可证分发的开源组件（包括 RevenueCat SDK），相应许可证适用于这些组件。

10. 反馈

若你向我们提供建议或反馈，你授予我们一项非排他、永久、免许可费、全球范围的许可，可用于使用与整合该反馈，无需补偿或署名。请勿发送保密信息或含敏感内容的文档。

11. 隐私

我们的隐私政策说明了本 App 在你设备上处理什么、以及什么会离开设备。使用本 App 即表示你知悉该政策。核心一点：你的文档留在你的设备上。

12. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，本 App 按「现状」与「现有可用」提供，不作任何明示或默示保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权、准确性，以及不间断或无错误运行。

我们不保证：

文字识别结果准确或完整；
扫描能达到特定画质，或能正确识别文档边缘；
签署的文件在法律上有效或被任何一方接受；
生成或编辑的 PDF 在所有阅读器中显示一致；
本 App 兼容所有 iOS 版本、设备或文件。

部分司法管辖区不允许排除某些保证，因此上述部分内容可能不适用于你。

13. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性、示范性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、文档、利润、商誉或商业机会的损失，开发者不承担责任，即使已被告知可能发生。

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者就本 App 相关全部主张的累计责任，不超过以下两者中的较大者：(a) 你在主张发生前 12 个月内为本 App 或任何订阅支付的金额；或 (b) 10 美元。

本协议不限制依法不得限制的责任（例如因过失导致的人身伤亡或欺诈），也不影响你作为消费者享有的强制性法定权利。

14. 赔偿

在法律允许的范围内，若因你违反本协议、滥用本 App，或你处理、签署、分享的内容侵犯第三方权利或违反适用法律而产生主张、损害、损失与费用（含合理律师费），你同意向开发者作出赔偿并使其免受损害。

15. 终止

你可随时停止使用并删除本 App。若你违反本协议，或我们停止提供本 App，我们可中止或终止许可。终止后，第 5 条许可结束；第 4、9、12、13、14、17、18 条继续有效。除法律或 Apple 退款政策要求外，终止不产生退款。

16. App 与协议的变更

我们可能不时更新本 App 与本协议。更新后的协议会标注新的「最后更新」日期；重大变更会在生效前于 App 内通知你。生效日之后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的协议；若不同意，请停止使用并删除本 App。

17. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议适用 中华人民共和国 法律，不考虑冲突法规则。除下段另有规定外，因本协议或本 App 产生的争议由中华人民共和国境内有管辖权的人民法院专属管辖。

本节不剥夺你依居住国强制性消费者法律享有的保护，也不剥夺法律赋予你在当地法院起诉的权利。提起诉讼前，请先通过 support@gougou.me 联系我们，以便尝试友好解决。

18. 其他

完整协议。 本协议与隐私政策构成你与我们之间关于本 App 的完整协议，并取代此前关于同一事项的任何协议。
可分割性。 若某条款被认定无效，其余条款继续完全有效。
不弃权。 我们未执行某条款不构成对该条款的放弃。
转让。 你不得转让本协议；我们可将其转让给关联方或承继方。
语言。 本协议提供中英文版本；如有冲突，在适用法律允许的范围内以英文版本为准。
Apple。 除第 4 条所述外，Apple 不是本协议的当事方。

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Lu Li ("we", "us", "the Developer"), governing your use of the DocsKit mobile application and any updates, features or content we make available through it (the "App").

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App and delete it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App, and old enough in your country to consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy and to enter into a subscription. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. What the App does — and what it does not

DocsKit helps you work with PDF documents. It runs on your iPhone:

it scans paper documents with the camera, and imports PDFs and images;
it lets you read, search and favourite documents, and manage pages (reorder, rotate, add, delete);
it merges and splits PDFs, and turns images into PDFs;
it adds or removes PDF passwords, and can lock the App with Face ID / Touch ID;
with Pro, it recognizes text (OCR) and saves searchable PDFs, and lets you add text, highlight, draw and sign.

Important limitations you acknowledge:

Text recognition can be wrong	OCR results are generated automatically and may miss or misread text. Check important content against the original.
Scan quality depends on conditions	Edge detection and image quality depend on lighting, paper and device. Review a scan before you rely on it.
PDF passwords can't be recovered	The App does not store the passwords you set on PDFs. If you forget one, we cannot open that file for you.
The App is not a backup or cloud service	Documents are stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes them. Keep your own copies of important documents through a device backup or Share.
"Delete permanently" can't be undone	Deleted documents go to the Trash first. Once you delete them from the Trash or empty it, they cannot be recovered.
A handwritten signature is not a certificate-based signature	The signing feature places an image of your handwritten signature on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, and we do not warrant that any signed document is legally valid or will be accepted by anyone.
Editing changes your files	Page management, annotations, merging, password changes and similar actions rewrite or create PDF files. Annotations may look slightly different in other PDF readers.
Free daily uses are a limit, not a product	The free daily uses are a technical fair-use limit. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed.

4. Apple App Store additional terms

These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. The following applies because you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:

Scope of licence. The licence granted in §5 is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Maintenance and support. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.
Warranty. The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Product claims. The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
Intellectual property claims. In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.
Export. You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the App in any prohibited jurisdiction or for any prohibited purpose.
U.S. Government end users. The App is a "Commercial Item" as defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation". It is licensed to U.S. Government end users only as Commercial Items and with only those rights granted to all other end users.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) is incorporated by reference to the extent it applies and does not conflict with these Terms.

5. Licence and restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.

You may not:

copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or resell the App;
remove or alter proprietary notices;
circumvent the free daily uses, paywall, entitlement checks or any technical protection measure;
use the App to forge or falsify documents or signatures, or to sign on someone else's behalf without authority;
use the App to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights;
use the App in a way that violates applicable law or Apple's terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You keep all rights to your documents and other content. You grant us only the limited, on-device licence necessary to operate the App's features you invoke (for example, to read a file you import, create a PDF, write annotations or recognize text). Because processing happens on your device, we never receive your content.

You are responsible for:

having the right to scan, copy, edit and share the documents you work with, including any permission or consent required;
the content of documents you sign or edit, and whether you are authorised to sign them;
checking content before relying on recognized text or sharing a file;
keeping independent backups of important documents and keeping your PDF passwords safe;
whom and through which service you send files with Share.

7. Subscriptions, free trials and purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase ("Pro"). The available plans, their prices, billing periods and any free-trial offer are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase, using the localized price provided by the App Store.

Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for the renewal.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered and you are eligible (eligibility is determined by Apple, not us), it converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime purchase. "Lifetime" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID. It is not a subscription and does not renew, but it remains subject to these Terms and to the App's continued availability on the App Store.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Apple will notify you of a price increase and, where required, ask for your consent before it applies.
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, but we will cooperate where Apple asks us to.
Restore. You can restore purchases from Settings → Restore purchases.
Taxes. Prices include or exclude taxes as determined by the App Store in your region.
No cash value. Subscriptions and the free daily uses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

If you do not agree to a price change, cancel before it takes effect.

8. Free daily uses and fair use

The App includes free daily uses: Merge, Split and Images to PDF currently share 3 uses per calendar day, resetting at local midnight. The number left is shown in the App. We may change this number in an App update to prevent abuse or to reflect changes to the App.

The free uses are a technical limit, not a purchased entitlement. They reset automatically. We may limit or suspend access if we detect automated, scripted or abusive use, or attempts to circumvent the limit.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by the Developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited licence in §5.

"DocsKit" and the DocsKit logo are trademarks used by us. Apple, iPhone, App Store, iCloud, Face ID and Touch ID are trademarks of Apple Inc. PDF is a trademark of Adobe. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

The App includes open-source components (including RevenueCat's SDK) distributed under their own licences; those licences apply to those components.

10. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and incorporate it without compensation or attribution. Do not send us confidential information or documents with sensitive content.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the App processes on your device and what leaves it. By using the App you acknowledge that policy. The key point: your documents stay on your device.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that:

text recognition will be accurate or complete;
scans will reach any particular quality or detect document edges correctly;
a signed document will be legally valid or accepted by anyone;
PDFs created or edited with the App will look the same in every reader;
the App will be compatible with every iOS version, device or file.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, documents, profits, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App or any subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 10.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), or your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or content you process, sign or share in violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the licence in §5 ends; §§4, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 18 survive. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law or by Apple's refund policy.

16. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the App before they take effect. If you continue to use the App after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete it.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of the People's Republic of China have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the App.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence, or of your right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@gougou.me so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreement on that subject.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
Language. These Terms are provided in English and Chinese. If they conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms except as stated in §4.
