1. 我们是谁
AR Measure（下称「本 App」）是一款在 iPhone 与 iPad 上用相机测量距离、面积、高度和角度的工具，由 Lu Li（下称「我们」）发布。我们是你使用本 App 时、本政策所述有限个人信息的处理者。

2. 一句话说明
- 相机画面只用于实时测量。 画面不会被保存、录制或上传。
- 麦克风音频只用于实时估算声级。 不会被录制、保存或上传。
- 无需账号。 使用本 App 不需要注册，我们不会索要你的姓名、邮箱或手机号。
- 无广告、无第三方统计、无跨 App 追踪。 我们不使用 IDFA，不请求 ATT 授权，不出售个人信息。
- 测量记录和设置保存在你的设备上。 唯一离开设备的数据，是你主动发给我们的支持邮件。
- 你始终拥有控制权。 可以在设置中删除全部数据，或删除本 App。
以上仅为便于理解的摘要，具体以本政策正文为准。

4. 本 App 在你的设备上处理哪些数据
以下数据仅保存在你的设备上本 App 的私有容器内，我们无法远程读取。
4.1 AR 测量
测量时，ARKit 会使用相机画面与设备运动传感器估算设备在空间中的位置，并在你点选的位置放置测点。这些画面与传感器数据只在本机内存中实时处理，用完即丢弃，不会保存为照片或视频。
4.2 测量记录
当你保存一次测量时，本 App 会在本机保存：
- 记录名称、测量类型（距离、链式、面积、高度、角度）、你添加的备注、收藏标记与保存时间；
- 测点的三维坐标，以及该次测量使用的参考平面（用于切换单位后重新计算）；
- 精度等级（由设备是否带 LiDAR、测点是否落在已识别平面等条件估算）；
- 一张缩略图（JPEG），用于在记录列表中显示该次测量。
记录保存在 App 的文稿目录中，并使用 iOS 最高级别数据保护（设备锁定时不可读取）。测点坐标描述的是你测量时所在的空间，属于可能识别你居住或工作环境的信息，因此删除记录或删除 App 后即从本机移除。
4.3 水平仪
水平仪读取设备的重力与旋转传感器数据，在本机实时计算倾角。除你在校准中设置的零点偏移外，不保存任何传感器数据。
4.4 声级计
声级计读取麦克风输入，在本机实时计算 dB(A)、dB(C) 或 dB(Z) 电平、平均值、最大值与倍频程。不会创建音频文件，也不会上传音频。仅保存你设置的校准偏移与计权方式。
4.5 设置与校准
单位制、英寸显示方式、水平仪零点偏移、声级计校准偏移与计权方式保存在 iOS UserDefaults 中，不含任何个人标识。
4.6 本机诊断信息
处理失败等技术信息可能写入 iOS 系统日志，不会自动发送到任何地方。若你主动发邮件附上截图或说明，发送什么由你决定。
5. 权限
- 相机： 用于 AR 测量，让你看到周围环境并放置测点。画面不会被保存或上传。你可在 iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 相机中随时关闭。
- 麦克风： 仅在你打开声级计时使用，用于实时估算噪声水平。音频不会被录制或上传。你可在 iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风中随时关闭。
- 运动与方向： 用于水平仪与 AR 追踪，由系统提供，不需要单独授权。
- 其他： 本 App 不申请相册、通讯录、定位、蓝牙或本地网络权限。
6. 购买
本版本没有 App 内购买，也不收费。我们不收集任何支付信息，不接入订阅或购买服务商。

本 App 不接入任何分析、广告、崩溃上报或数据经纪服务。我们不出售个人信息，不将其用于跨场景行为广告，也不用于对你有法律影响的画像或自动化决策。
8. 服务提供商
本 App 不接入第三方 SDK。iOS 系统自身（ARKit、CoreMotion、AVAudioEngine 与系统备份）按 Apple 的条款处理数据，Apple 是该处理的独立控制者。

删除本 App 会删除其中的全部测量记录，除非你另有设备备份。
10. 安全
本 App 的数据受 iOS 数据保护与 App 沙盒保护：测量记录使用最高级别的文件保护，设备锁定时无法读取。相机与音频数据只在内存中处理。由于我们不运营服务器，也不接收你的测量内容，这类数据不存在因服务器泄露而外泄的风险。任何存储方式都无法做到 100% 安全，但我们尽量让可能暴露的数据最少。
11. 你的隐私权利
根据你所在地区的法律，你可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制或反对处理、数据可携带、撤回同意，以及向当地监管机构投诉的权利。
由于我们没有账号、也不持有你的测量数据：
- 设备上的数据： 可在 App 内查看、编辑、删除，或执行「删除所有数据」。
- 支持邮件： 可要求我们删除。
行使任何权利请发送邮件至 support@gougou.me。我们将在 30 天内答复（加州请求为 45 天），并可能需要验证请求。
EEA / 英国（GDPR / UK GDPR）： 我们的合法性基础为履行合同（提供 App）、正当利益（安全与改进）与同意（相机、麦克风）。你可反对基于正当利益的处理，并向所在国监管机构投诉。
加州（CCPA / CPRA）： 过去 12 个月我们未出售或共享个人信息，也不会明知而出售或共享 16 岁以下消费者的个人信息。你享有知情、删除、更正与选择退出出售/共享的权利，我们不会因你行使权利而歧视你。
中国大陆（PIPL）： 本 App 在你的设备上处理相机、音频与测量数据，不传输其内容。你可联系我们行使 PIPL 项下的权利。
12. 跨境传输
我们位于 中华人民共和国。若你发邮件联系我们，邮件可能由位于其他国家的服务商处理；在需要时，传输依据标准合同条款或适用的充分性认定。除邮件与你自行使用的设备备份外，本 App 不传输数据。
13. 儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下（EEA / 英国为 16 岁以下）儿童。我们不会明知而收集儿童的个人信息。若你认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们删除。
14. 第三方链接
本 App 及本页面可能链接到 Apple 或其他网站，其隐私实践适用其自身政策，而非本政策。
15. 政策变更
当 App 功能或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策。新版本会标注新的「最后更新」日期；重大变更会在生效前于 App 内或本页说明。生效日之后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的政策。

1. Who we are
AR Measure ("the App") is a camera measuring tool for iPhone and iPad — distances, areas, heights and angles — published by Lu Li (the "Developer"). We are the data controller for the limited personal data described in this policy.

2. The short version
- Camera images are used live for measuring. They are not saved, recorded or uploaded.
- Microphone audio is used live to estimate sound level. It is never recorded, stored or uploaded.
- No account. You do not create an account and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number to use the App.
- No ads, no third-party analytics, no cross-app tracking. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
- Measurements and settings stay on your device. The only data that leaves it is a support email you choose to send us.
- You stay in control. You can delete all data in Settings or delete the App.
This is a summary; the rest of this policy explains the details.

4. What the App processes on your device
The data below is stored only inside the App's private container on your device. We cannot read it remotely.
4.1 AR measuring
While you measure, ARKit uses the camera image and motion sensors to estimate where the device is in space and to place the points you tap. Those images and sensor readings are processed live in memory and then discarded — they are never saved as photos or video.
4.2 Measurement records
When you save a measurement, the App stores on the device:
- the name, tool (Distance, Chain, Area, Height, Angle), your note, the favourite flag and the time it was saved;
- the 3D coordinates of the points, and the reference plane used for that measurement (so units can be switched and the result recalculated);
- the accuracy level estimated from whether the device has LiDAR and whether points landed on a detected surface;
- a JPEG thumbnail used in the Records list.
Records are stored in the App's Documents folder with the strongest iOS file protection (unreadable while the device is locked). The point coordinates describe the space you measured and can reveal something about your home or workplace, so they are removed when you delete a record or the App.
4.3 Level
The level reads the device's gravity and rotation sensors and computes tilt on the device. Apart from the zero offsets you set during calibration, no sensor data is stored.
4.4 Sound meter
The sound meter reads microphone input and computes dB(A), dB(C) or dB(Z) levels, the average, the maximum and octave bands on the device. No audio file is created, and audio is never uploaded. Only your calibration offset and weighting choice are saved.
4.5 Settings and calibration
Unit system, inch display style, level zero offsets, sound meter calibration offset and weighting are stored in iOS UserDefaults, with no personal identifiers.
4.6 Diagnostics
Technical information about failures may be written to the iOS system log. It is never sent anywhere automatically. If you email us with a screenshot or description, you decide what is sent.
5. Permissions
- Camera — used for AR measuring so you can see your surroundings and place points. Images are not saved or uploaded. You can turn this off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
- Microphone — used only while the sound meter is open, to estimate noise level live. Audio is not recorded or uploaded. You can turn this off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
- Motion & orientation — used by the level and AR tracking, provided by the system without a separate permission prompt.
- Nothing else — the App does not request photo library, contacts, location, Bluetooth or local network access.
6. Purchases
This version has no in-app purchases and costs nothing. We do not collect payment information and do not use a subscription or purchase provider.

The App contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or data-broker SDKs. We do not sell personal information, do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and do not use it for profiling with legal effects.
8. Service providers
The App has no third-party SDKs. iOS itself (ARKit, CoreMotion, AVAudioEngine and system backup) processes data under Apple's terms; Apple is an independent controller of that processing.

Deleting the App deletes all saved measurements unless you have a device backup.
10. Security
Data is protected by the iOS sandbox and data protection: measurement records use the strongest file protection and cannot be read while the device is locked. Camera and audio data are handled in memory only. Because we run no servers and never receive your measurements, that data cannot leak from a server of ours. No method of storage is completely secure, but we keep what could be exposed to a minimum.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
Because we have no account and hold no measurement data:
- Data on your device can be viewed, edited and deleted in the App, or removed with "Delete all data".
- Support email can be deleted on request.
To exercise any right, email support@gougou.me. We answer within 30 days (45 days for California requests) and may need to verify the request.
EEA / UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security and improvement) and consent (camera, microphone). You may object to legitimate-interest processing and complain to your local authority.
California (CCPA / CPRA): we have not sold or shared personal information in the past 12 months and will not knowingly sell or share that of consumers under 16. You have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
China (PIPL): the App processes camera, audio and measurement data on your device and does not transmit their content. You may contact us to exercise your rights under PIPL.
12. International transfers
We are located in the People's Republic of China. If you email us, your message may be processed by service providers in other countries, under standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision where required. Apart from email and any device backup you set up, the App transfers no data.
13. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
The App and this page may link to Apple or other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App or the law changes. A new version will carry a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be described in the App or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
